Rules for using Music OS, Free and PRO plans and proper use of contacts

1. The service

Music OS by Semantic is run by Semantic Sounds (P. IVA IT06922960825). It is a professional tool for artists, DJs, producers, managers and labels: search for music industry contacts, pitching tools and release planning.

By using the site you accept these terms. The service is meant for professional use.

2. Free plan

The Free plan includes 6 searches in total, with a limited preview of results. Exports, full contacts and PRO tools require the PRO plan.

3. PRO plan and payments

The PRO plan costs €19/month and is bought on Systeme.io, which handles payments and renewals.

PRO access turns on automatically as soon as Systeme.io confirms the payment, on the Music OS account with the same email used to pay (if the account does not exist yet, it turns on when you create it with that email).

You can cancel at any time from Music OS (My Account → Manage subscription): the Systeme.io renewal stops and PRO access stays active until the end of the period already paid.

4. Fair use of searches and AI tools

Searches that find new contacts on Google have a cost: to keep them available to everyone, each user can run a limited number per day (currently 10). Results already in the database stay unlimited on the PRO plan.

Tools that use artificial intelligence also have a daily limit per user, currently: AI Coach up to 40 messages, Track Analyzer up to 40 analyses, Music Ad Generator suggested hooks up to 30 requests, reel subtitles up to 15. Video and reel rendering happens in your browser and has no limit.

To protect the service there may also be an overall daily limit for the whole site. Limits reset over 24 hours and may change: if they do, we update this page.

5. Proper use of contacts

Contacts are for relevant, personalized professional proposals sent one at a time (a demo to a label, a booking request to a venue, a submission to a curator or an editor).

Forbidden: mass emailing, spam or unsolicited newsletters; adding contacts to marketing lists; reselling, publishing or sharing the data; extracting data from the platform with automated tools.

Whoever contacts someone is responsible for their own messages and must comply with the GDPR and anti-spam laws. If a person asks not to be contacted again, that request must be respected.

In case of violation we may suspend or close the account without refund.

6. Data accuracy and tools

Contacts come from public sources, shown next to each item, and may change over time: we don't guarantee they are always current or that recipients will reply or accept proposals.

The Track Analyzer gives an AI-generated opinion, not a professional assessment.

7. Intellectual property and governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law.
