Booking contacts: venues, clubs and festivals to pitch for gigs

Updated 5 November 2026 · Semantic Sounds

To land gigs you need to know who books each venue or festival and write to them at the right time. Booking OS by Music OS searches venues, clubs, festivals and booking agencies by city and genre and shows you the booking contact, with the page it was taken from.

What Booking OS does

Choose a city or country, a genre and what you are looking for (clubs and venues, festivals, promoters, booking agencies). Music OS looks for who books live music in that area, reads their contact pages and returns the ones it can verify.

For each result you see the name, city, type of venue, the booking contact (email, form or link) and the source. On the PRO plan you also see phone and WhatsApp numbers when they are published.

How to pitch a venue or a festival

  1. Pick places that suit your audience: genre, capacity and kind of nights should match your project.
  2. Write early: line-ups often close months ahead, especially for festivals.
  3. Put everything in one message: a link to a live video, listening links, photos, one line on how many people you draw in that area.
  4. Suggest concrete dates or a clear period: a clear offer is easier to say yes to.
  5. Keep track of replies: on the PRO plan you can save contacts and the status of each negotiation.

Free or PRO

The Free plan gives you 6 searches in total and shows the first 4 contacts of each search. The PRO plan (€19/month) gives you unlimited searches, up to 100 results per search, phone and WhatsApp when published, ready-made pitch emails, Excel export and negotiation tracking.
