Spotify playlist curators: how to find and pitch them
To land on independent playlists you need to find who curates them and pitch the right track to the right person. Playlist OS by Music OS searches Spotify playlist curators by genre and country and shows you how to reach them (email, form or submission link), with the page each contact was taken from.
What Playlist OS does
Pick a genre, a country and, if you like, the mood and keywords of your sound. Music OS searches public playlists and their curators, reads the pages where they publish their contacts and returns only the ones it can verify.
For each result you see the playlist or curator name, genre, country, the contact (email, submission form or link to send music) and a link to the source, so you can check it yourself before writing.
How to pitch a track to a curator
- Listen to the playlist first: your track should fit what is already there in genre, energy and production quality.
- Check it is active: a playlist updated recently is worth far more than one untouched for months.
- Keep it short and personal: who you are, the title, the Spotify link and one line on why the track suits that playlist.
- Use the channel the curator asks for: if there is a submission form, use it instead of email.
- Do not chase: one reminder after a week is plenty.
Playlists to avoid
Be wary of anyone promising a guaranteed number of streams for money: it is a typical sign of playlists with fake listens, which can harm your profile. A few real playlists with listeners of your genre beat many inflated ones.

Try Playlist OS freeFrequently asked questions
Is Music OS connected to Spotify?
Music OS uses Spotify’s public search to find playlists, then looks for the curators’ contacts on the web. You do not need to connect your Spotify account.
Are the contacts verified?
Music OS only shows contacts found on a public page and always shows the source, so you can check it. Contacts change over time: if one stops answering, the next search updates it.
Can I contact curators from Music OS?
On the PRO plan you can open an email already written with your name and track link, ready to personalise and send in one click.
Is paying a curator for a playlist spot a good idea?
Promises of guaranteed streams for money are a sign of playlists with fake listens. Music OS helps you find curators to pitch, not to buy placements.
